Inspections and diagnostics

Find out what is happening before opening everything up.

Our inspection services help investigate difficult-to-access, concealed or recurring property problems. They support sensible repair decisions; they do not replace a specialist survey where one is required.

Drone roof and exterior inspections

A drone inspection gives a useful visual check of roof coverings, elevations, gutters, flashings and hard-to-access areas without immediately arranging scaffolding.

  • Roof and elevation photographs
  • Gutters, flashings and visible defects
  • Difficult-to-access external areas
  • Findings to support next-step recommendations

CCTV drainage inspections

A CCTV drainage survey uses a camera to investigate recurring blockages, damaged pipes, root ingress, displaced joints and other underground drainage concerns.

  • Camera inspection of accessible drainage runs
  • Recorded findings where appropriate
  • Investigation of recurring blockages
  • Clear repair or further-investigation recommendations

Thermal imaging

Thermal imaging highlights unusual heat patterns that may help investigate water ingress, heating performance, insulation anomalies or electrical hotspots.

  • Non-invasive first-look investigation
  • Hot and cold pattern comparison
  • Support for leak and heating investigations
  • Follow-up checks where interpretation requires confirmation

Leak detection

Leak detection helps trace the likely source and route of a concealed or difficult-to-find leak before unnecessary opening-up work.

  • Visible and concealed leak investigation
  • Moisture and route assessment
  • Practical next-step recommendations
  • Repair coordination once the cause is understood

Property readiness

Inspection, cleaning, repairs and responsible waste handling between occupiers.

For landlords, letting agents and block managers, RPM can help identify what needs attention, arrange cleaning, complete practical repairs and coordinate waste arising from agreed property work so a property or communal area is ready for its next use.

See sector support

Property-readiness support can include:

  • End-of-tenancy inspections and photographic condition notes
  • Void-property cleaning and make-ready repairs
  • Minor repairs, redecoration and access fixes
  • Routine block and communal-area cleaning
  • Planned communal maintenance and defect reporting
  • Completion updates for owners, agents and property managers

Environment Agency registration

Waste handling connected to agreed property work.

React Property Maintenance Solutions Ltd is registered as a Lower-tier waste carrier, broker and dealer with the Environment Agency. Registration number: CBDL657265.

Our workflow

  • Waste arising from agreed repairs, refurbishments, clearances, end-of-tenancy work or communal maintenance is identified and separated where appropriate.
  • Removal and handling are arranged as part of the agreed property work, with the relevant job record and supporting paperwork retained where applicable.
  • The service is limited to waste connected with agreed RPM work and does not imply unrestricted standalone waste collection or coverage of every waste stream.

Qualified and compliant

The right trade, with the right paperwork.

Gas work is completed by Gas Safe registered engineers and electrical work by qualified electricians. Compliance work comes with the appropriate certificates and documentation.
